Power through peak service with a 48-inch gas restaurant range that unites four star/sauté burners, a right-side 24-inch thermostatic griddle, and two space saver ovens. Line cooks can move from searing and sautéing to baking and finishing without leaving the station, improving throughput on the hotline.
Thermostatic griddle controls hold target temperatures for consistent burgers, quesadillas, or breakfast items, while standing pilots keep the top ready for rapid fire-up. Battery spark oven ignition eliminates the need for external power, supporting flexible placement and reliable starts.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds convenient staging space above the work zone for pans and plating. Stainless front and sides with a matching shelf, plus 6-inch adjustable legs, streamline cleaning and leveling. This unit qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
