The Southbend 4483EE-3GR ultimate restaurant range streamlines busy cooklines with a smart 48-inch layout. Two star/sauté burners handle searing, sautéing, and finishing sauces while the right-side 36-inch griddle turns out breakfast items, smash burgers, or quesadillas on demand. Dual space saver ovens keep pans cycling for baking, roasting, or holding, helping chefs maintain pace during peak service.
Designed for heavy use, this gas range delivers 220,000 BTU of heat to drive throughput without compromising control. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with heavy-duty shelf stages pans and smallwares to reduce steps and speed plating. Stainless steel fronts and sides withstand daily wear, and 6-inch adjustable legs simplify leveling and cleaning under the unit.
Standing pilots on the top provide quick, dependable lighting, while battery spark ignition on the ovens promotes reliable starts.
