Command the station with (3) non-clog burners at the front right for dependable sauté and sear, (2) pyromax burners at the back right for rapid boiling and stock work, and (2) star/sauté burners on the left for precise pan control. A standing pilot and battery spark oven ignition expedite start-up and simplify workflow through the rush.
Elevate organization with a 22-1/2" flue riser and shelf for pans or plating tools, plus 6" adjustable legs for leveling on uneven floors.
