Power your line with the Southbend 4483EE-6L, a 48-inch gas ultimate restaurant range delivering 335,000 BTU. This configuration consolidates high-heat production and finishing tasks to accelerate ticket times and streamline workflow. Built for demanding service, it balances top power with compact baking capacity below.
The left bank combines (3) star/sauté burners in front with (2) pyromax burners behind for stockpots, woks, or rapid boils. The right side adds (2) star/sauté burners for sautéing, reducing, and finishing. A standing pilot keeps the top ready between rushes.
Twin space saver ovens ignite with battery spark ignition and each includes one rack, ideal for roasting, baking sides, or holding while the top runs full bore. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf expands plating and pan staging space, and stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily use. Stainless 6-inch adjustable legs simplify leveling; CSA and NSF listings support compliance, and this model qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ program.
