A 335,000 BTU total input helps you sear, boil, and simmer without bottlenecks.
Finish entrées and sides simultaneously in two space saver ovens with reliable battery spark ignition, each supplied with one rack. A 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf keeps pans and spices within reach to speed plating.
Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf clean easily, while 6" adjustable legs simplify leveling on uneven floors. Standing pilots on the cooktop support fast, repeatable starts between rushes.
