Built for busy lines, the Southbend 4483EE-7R is a 48-inch gas restaurant range that balances searing power with precise control. Put (4) Pyromax burners to work on the right for high-heat searing, stock work, or woks, while (2) star/sauté burners on the left dial in finesse for sauces and sauté.
Two space saver ovens with battery spark ignition let you roast, bake, and finish plates without leaving the line. A standing pilot on the top keeps burners ready, and the 22-1/2-inch flue riser with integrated shelf stages pans, lids, and smallwares within arm’s reach.
Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf clean quickly and hold up to daily abuse, and 6-inch adjustable legs level the unit on uneven floors. With 316,000 BTU total output, this range moves tickets fast during peak service. CSA and NSF listings support code compliance, and it qualifies for Southbend’s Service First program.
