Built for busy lines, the Southbend 4484AC-2CL Ultimate restaurant range consolidates sautéing, grilling, and baking in a 48-inch gas footprint. Chefs can sear on the left-side 24-inch charbroiler while working sauces and sautés on the open top. This layout streamlines ticket flow during peak service.
Two star/saute burners in front and two non-clog burners in back handle stockpots, sauté pans, and skillets with reliable heat. A convection oven with battery spark ignition and three racks circulates heat for even roasting and baking. Use it to finish trays of vegetables, bake proteins, or retherm sides as orders fire.
A standing pilot keeps the cooktop ready, while a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf stages pans and tools within reach. The cabinet base adds convenient storage at the line. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf plus 6-inch adjustable legs support durability, sanitation, and easy leveling, powered by 228,000 BTU for high throughput.
