The Southbend 4484AC-2CR streamlines busy kitchens with a 48-inch gas range that unites sauté stations, open burners, a right-side charbroiler, and a convection oven. Move from searing to grilling to baking without breaking the cooking rhythm. Equip the line to deliver consistent results during peak service.
Two star/saute burners in front and two non-clog burners in the rear let you manage sauces, stocks, and sauté work simultaneously. The 24-inch charbroiler lays down clean grill marks on steaks, burgers, and vegetables, while the convection oven with battery spark ignition bakes evenly across multiple pans.
Durable stainless steel surfaces and 6-inch adjustable legs support easy cleaning and leveling. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf keeps essentials within reach, and the cabinet base adds convenient storage for sheet pans or smallwares.
