Engineered for busy lines, the Southbend 4484AC-2TL 48-inch gas restaurant range streamlines production with a versatile cooktop, a high-performance convection oven, and a practical cabinet base. Chefs can sear, sauté, griddle, and roast from one station to keep tickets moving. This model qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
The cooktop pairs (2) star/saute burners up front with (2) non-clog rear burners under standard grates to handle saucepans, stock pots, and skillets. A 24-inch left-side griddle with thermostatic controls holds set temperatures for burgers, pancakes, or breakfast service. Standing pilots support quick relights during peak hours.
Battery spark ignition fires the convection oven, which ships with three racks for flexible baking and roasting. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf with 6-inch adjustable legs stand up to daily use and simplify cleaning. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds staging space, and 212,000 BTU of total input meets the pace of high-volume service.
