This 48-inch gas platform unites star/sauté front and non-clog rear burners with a 36-inch left-side griddle to cover searing, sautéing, and griddling in one footprint. Chefs can pivot between stations to maintain pace during breakfast rushes, lunch turns, and dinner service.
A convection oven with battery spark ignition delivers reliable starts and even results, while three included racks support multi-pan production. An integrated cabinet base keeps pans, tools, and smallwares at arm’s reach to reduce steps and speed plating.
The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds convenient staging space, and stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily wear. Standard grates and a standing pilot simplify operation across shifts. With 162,000 BTU of total output and NSF and CSA certifications, this range is built for busy foodservice operations.
