Work multiple tickets at once: use pyromax burners for intense heat, star/sauté burners for agile pan work, and the non-clog burner for delicate sauces. The convection oven handles roasting, baking, and finishing with even results, and ships with three racks. Battery spark ignition speeds oven starts while a standing pilot keeps the tops ready.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf stages pans and seasonings within easy reach to streamline plating. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf resist wear, and 6-inch adjustable legs simplify cleaning and leveling. The cabinet base adds organized storage, and this model qualifies for Southbend's Service First program.
