Engineered for busy kitchens, the Southbend 4484DC-2CR 48-inch gas restaurant range delivers 241,000 BTU to consolidate high-heat sautéing, open-top cooking, and charbroiling in one footprint. Chefs can sear steaks on the 24-inch right-side charbroiler while keeping sauces and sides moving over the front star/sauté and rear non-clog burners.
The standard oven with battery spark ignition lights consistently for baking, roasting, and finishing, and ships with one rack for immediate use. A standing pilot and standard grates enable fast burner availability and smooth pan changes during peak service.
Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to the line, while 6-inch adjustable legs help level the unit on uneven floors. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds staging space, and the cabinet base provides convenient storage to keep tools within reach.
