Outfit your line for high-volume production with the Southbend 4484DC-7L Ultimate restaurant range. This 48" gas platform pairs high-output Pyromax and specialty burners to coordinate multiple techniques in a compact footprint. Standing pilots keep stations ready between tickets.
On the left, four Pyromax burners drive rapid boils, stock production, and hard sears. On the right, a star/sauté burner up front and a non-clog burner at the rear let you sauté, reduce, and hold delicate sauces without slowdowns. Below, a standard oven with battery spark ignition bakes, roasts, or finishes for service.
A cabinet base organizes pans and utensils, while the 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf stages mise and sheet pans within reach. Stainless front, sides, and shelf with 6" adjustable legs integrate cleanly with existing lines. Delivering 271,000 BTU and certified CSA and NSF, this range supports demanding kitchens and qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
