With four open burners, a 24-inch left-side charbroiler, and two space saver ovens, teams can execute high-volume menus without shuffling stations. An output of 286,000 BTU supports fast recovery during peak service.
Sear and sauté on the front star/sauté burners while the rear non-clog burners hold sauces or stock. Char steaks, burgers, or vegetables on the integrated 24-inch charbroiler, then finish roasts or bake sheets in the compact ovens below. Standing pilots and battery spark ignition enable dependable starts and quick turnarounds.
