Engineered for line efficiency, the Southbend 4484EE-2GL is a 48-inch gas restaurant range combining (2) star/sauté front burners, (2) non-clog rear burners, a 24-inch left-side griddle, and two space saver ovens. This configuration lets chefs boil, sauté, griddle, and bake at once to keep tickets moving. Total output is 270,000 BTU to support demanding production.
Speed service with dedicated sauté burners up front while rear non-clog burners handle stockpots or finishing work. Battery spark ignition makes the ovens quick to light, and a standing pilot keeps the range ready between rushes. Standard grates and one rack per oven streamline changeovers throughout the day.
Built for daily abuse, it features stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf for staging pans and tools. Six-inch adjustable legs make leveling straightforward during install or repositioning.
