Built for busy lines, the Southbend 4484EE-2GR is a 48-inch gas restaurant range rated at 270,000 BTU. It unites (2) star/sauté front burners, (2) non-clog rear burners, a 24-inch right-side griddle, and dual space saver ovens to handle mixed production.
Standard grates and standing pilots keep the top ready, while battery spark ignition brings the ovens online fast. A 22.5-inch flue riser with shelf stages pans and seasonings, and the stainless steel front, sides, and shelf pair with 6-inch adjustable legs for a durable, easy-to-clean setup.
Griddle breakfast items or burgers while the open burners drive sauces and sauté work. Bake or roast in the ovens at the same time to speed tickets and maintain a compact footprint.
