Stage fast-turn items on the right-side 24-inch thermostatic griddle for repeatable results on breakfast favorites, burgers, and flat-top sears. Dual space saver ovens with battery spark ignition handle roasting, baking, and finishing without tying up the burners.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf keeps pans and mise within reach, while stainless steel front and sides clean quickly between rushes. Standard grates and 6-inch adjustable legs support confident pot moves and easy leveling, and the 270,000 BTU total input responds when the board fills up.
