It combines a 36-inch left-side charbroiler with a front star/sauté burner, a rear non-clog burner, and dual space saver ovens to consolidate cooking on a single footprint. This versatile platform helps chefs move seamlessly from sear to finish while keeping the line organized.
Fire the charbroiler for steaks, chops, or skewers while the front star/sauté burner handles pans and the rear non-clog burner holds sauces or stocks. Use the two compact ovens to roast, bake, or finish trays without leaving the station. Standard grates support steady movement across the top for efficient pan work.
Standing pilot readiness and battery spark ignition on the ovens speed starts and reduce downtime. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf provides handy staging for pans and seasonings, while stainless steel fronts and sides simplify cleanup. With 6-inch adjustable legs and a total input of 252,000 BTU, this range is built to keep up with peak periods and evolving menus.
