Built for busy lines, the Southbend 4484EE-3TR 48-inch gas restaurant range combines a right-side 36-inch thermostatic griddle, a front star/sauté burner, a rear non-clog burner, and two space saver ovens to maximize a compact footprint. Push tickets faster by searing, griddling, and baking simultaneously without shuffling stations.
Dial in consistent temps on the griddle while the open burners handle sauté pans and stock work under standard grates. Battery spark ignition gets the ovens ready quickly, and a standing pilot keeps the range primed for rushes. Use the compact ovens to roast sides or finish proteins as the griddle turns out breakfast items, burgers, or teppan-style specials.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf stages pans for plating and keeps tools within reach. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf with 6-inch adjustable legs stand up to daily cleaning and leveling. Certified cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF, this unit also qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
