The Southbend 4484EE-5R is a 48-inch gas ultimate restaurant range engineered to drive busy lines with 335,000 BTU of focused heat. Its right-side power bank combines (3) non-clog burners up front with (2) pyromax burners in the rear, while the left side balances precision with a star/sauté burner in front and a non-clog burner behind. Sear proteins, keep stocks rolling, and finish sautés without shuffling stations.
Speed service with (2) space saver ovens featuring battery spark ignition for reliable, on-demand starts. Stage pans and garnishes on the 22-1/2-inch flue riser shelf, and count on stainless steel front, sides, and shelf with 6-inch adjustable legs for durable, level installation. Each oven includes one rack to help you manage batches efficiently.
