Four high-output Pyromax burners on the left power through searing, wok work, and rapid recovery, while a right-side star/sauté burner up front and a non-clog burner at the rear let you fine-tune delicate sauces and steady simmers.
Dual space saver ovens with battery spark ignition enable roasting, baking, or finishing while the top handles a full sauté board—ideal for multi-course menus and mixed ticket volumes. A standing pilot keeps the cooktop ready between turns so crews can stage, fire, and finish without hesitation.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf helps keep essentials within reach, and stainless steel surfaces clean quickly to support tight turns.
