A 316,000 BTU system teams four right-side pyromax burners with a left-front star/sauté burner and a left-rear non-clog burner to handle searing, sautéing, and steady simmering at once. Standing pilot readiness keeps the line moving between turns.
Execute baking, roasting, and finishing in two space saver ovens, each equipped with battery spark ignition for dependable starts. One rack per oven lets you load trays immediately and adjust your bake path as tickets stack up. Compact oven footprints help consolidate cooking on a single line.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf creates extra staging space, while stainless steel front, sides, and shelf clean easily and resist kitchen wear. Six-inch adjustable legs aid leveling and sanitation, and CSA and NSF listings support code compliance. This Ultimate restaurant range also qualifies for Southbend's Service First program.
