Sear in pans while you char steaks or vegetables on the left charbroiler, then finish batches in the convection oven for even, consistent results. A standing pilot keeps the top ready, while the oven’s battery spark ignition speeds startups during service.
Standard grates accept common cookware, and the 22-1/2-inch flue riser with integrated shelf adds handy staging space at the pass. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf with 6-inch adjustable legs simplify cleaning and leveling, and three included racks expand oven capacity. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
