Six non-clog burners with standard grates, a 24-inch right-side charbroiler, and a convection oven streamline sautéing, searing, and baking on a single platform with a cabinet base for convenient access.
Drive high-volume service with 294,000 BTU and dependable standing pilots on the top, while the convection oven’s battery spark ignition delivers quick, consistent starts. Sear steaks and burgers on the charbroiler, reduce sauces on the burners, and roast evenly in the oven to keep tickets moving during peak periods.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds staging space, and stainless steel front, sides, and shelf with 6-inch adjustable legs support daily cleaning and leveling. This unit qualifies for Southbend’s Service First program.
