The Southbend 4601AC-4TL is a 60-inch gas range that blends a 48-inch left-side griddle with two non-clog open burners to optimize line throughput. Thermostatic griddle controls hold precise setpoints for consistent searing and browning across high-volume batches. Standard grates support sauté pans and stock pots with stable, even heat transfer.
Accelerate cook-and-serve timing using the convection oven with battery spark ignition and three racks—ideal for roasting, baking, or finishing while the top cooks. A standing pilot keeps flame availability ready throughout the rush. The cabinet base keeps frequently used pans and tools within easy reach to reduce steps.
Built for daily service, the stainless steel front, sides, and shelf resist wear, while 6-inch adjustable legs simplify cleaning and leveling. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds staging space for trays and plating. This model qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ program.
