Built for demanding lines, the Southbend 4601AC-4TR 60-inch gas restaurant range brings a right-side 48-inch griddle, two non-clog burners, and a convection oven together with a convenient cabinet base. Consolidate multiple cooking methods in one footprint to accelerate ticket times and keep stations orderly.
Set and hold target temps with thermostatic griddle controls while the standing-pilot cooktop stays ready for the rush. Sear on the open burners, then move to the griddle for smash burgers, breakfast items, or bulk sauté work. The convection oven, lit by battery spark ignition, handles roasting and baking on three included racks.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds valuable staging space, and stainless steel front, sides, and shelf are built for the rigors of daily service. Level the unit to your line with 6-inch adjustable legs and leverage 178,000 BTU of total input to keep pace during peak periods.
