Engineered for demanding lines, the Southbend 4601AC-5R 60-inch gas restaurant range helps crews execute fast turns with organized, high-output heat. With 343,000 BTU and a purposeful burner layout, it supports rapid boils, steady simmers, and seamless transitions during peak service.
On the right, three non-clog burners up front and two pyromax burners at the rear stage power where you need it most. Four additional non-clog burners on the left deliver consistent flames for sauces, sautés, and batch prep, while a standing pilot keeps the station ready between tickets.
Bake, finish, and retherm in the convection oven with battery spark ignition, and use the cabinet base for pan or smallware storage. The 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf frees workspace, and the stainless steel front and sides clean quickly on 6" adjustable legs—ideal for restaurants, caterers, and institutional kitchens aiming for efficient throughput and polished presentation.
