This 60-inch gas platform combines (3) star/sauté and (2) Pyromax burners on the left with (4) non-clog burners on the right to juggle sauces, sears, and stockpots. A convection oven and cabinet base consolidate production and storage at one footprint.
Command 343,000 BTU to drive rapid recovery during peak service, while standing pilots keep stations ready. The battery-spark convection oven with (3) racks bakes, roasts, or finishes trays as you sauté and reduce. A 22-1/2 inch flue riser shelf stages pans and smallwares within reach.
Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf plus 6-inch adjustable legs withstand daily shifts and simplify cleaning. Standard grates support a range of cookware sizes for high-volume lines, banquets, or chef’s tables. CSA and NSF compliance, and qualification for Southbend’s Service First Program, support professional kitchens.
