The Southbend 4601AD-6L is a 60-inch gas restaurant range built to keep busy lines moving. A left-side suite of (3) star/sauté burners in front and (2) pyromax burners in back pairs with (4) non-clog burners on the right to streamline multi-pan cooking.
Cook, bake, and roast simultaneously with a standard oven and a convection oven, both using battery spark ignition for quick starts. A standing pilot keeps the tops ready, while a total output of 388,000 BTU supports high-volume production.
Standard grates and a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with shelf help stage pans, spices, and utensils to shorten steps. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf with 6-inch adjustable legs plus four included oven racks make this unit a dependable centerpiece for restaurants, hotels, and institutional kitchens.
