The right side pairs (3) star/sauté burners in front with (2) pyromax burners in back for fast searing and rapid boils, while the left side’s (4) non-clog burners keep sauces and sides moving. Standard grates and a standing pilot support reliable, ready-on performance during peak service.
Run multiple cooking methods at once with a standard oven and a convection oven, both featuring battery spark ignition. Included (4) racks provide flexible pan placement to bake, roast, or reheat on schedule. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds convenient staging space above the cooktop.
