Standard grates and a standing pilot speed station changeovers and recovery between tickets. Two base cabinets keep cookware and tools within arm’s reach, helping chefs streamline prep, staging, and service without leaving the cookline.
A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds valuable plating or staging space, while stainless steel front, sides, and shelf wipe down quickly at close.
