Build speed and consistency on the line with the Southbend 4601CC-5L Ultimate Restaurant range, a 60-inch gas unit delivering 311,000 BTU across a chef-friendly layout. A mix of non-clog and pyromax burners supports everything from low simmers to rapid boils, all on standard grates. Two base cabinets keep tools and hotel pans close at hand.
Put the three non-clog burners on the front left to work for saute and sear, while the two rear-left pyromax burners power stock pots or high-heat tasks. The right-side bank of four non-clog burners manages sauces and a la minute production without crowding. A standing pilot simplifies start-up during busy service.
Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily use, and 6-inch adjustable legs make leveling straightforward. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds staging space for pans, ladles, or plating essentials. This model qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
