The left bank carries four non-clog burners while the front right hosts three more, backed by two pyromax burners at the rear right for high-heat tasks. Simultaneously sear, saute, and bring stocks to a rolling boil without shuffling stations.
Standard grates let you slide pans swiftly across the surface, and a standing pilot keeps burners ready between rushes. Two base cabinets keep cookware and hotel pans organized under the cooktop, while the 22-1/2 inch flue riser with shelf adds convenient staging space. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf clean easily, and 6 inch adjustable legs level the unit on uneven floors.
