The Southbend 4601DC-2RR optimizes line workflow with six non-clog burners and a right-side raised griddle/broiler, all in a compact 60-inch footprint. Sear, sauté, and finish under the broiler without breaking stride during peak service. Consolidate multiple stations to drive speed and consistency across the pass.
A standard oven with battery spark ignition handles roasting and baking, while the cabinet base keeps pans and smallwares within reach. Standing pilots and standard grates deliver dependable, ready heat service after service. A 22-1/2" flue riser with integrated shelf adds staging space for pans, plates, or tools.
