The right-side bank delivers (3) star/sauté burners up front and (2) high-output pyromax burners in the rear, while (4) non-clog burners on the left hold steady for sauces and sides.
Stage pans and garnish within reach on the 22-1/2-inch flue riser shelf, and level the unit quickly with 6-inch adjustable legs. Battery spark ignition gets ovens online fast, a standing pilot keeps the top ready, and standard grates support heavy cookware. Each oven includes one rack for flexible roasting and baking.
Totaling 401,000 BTU and finished with stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, this range is built for daily production and easy cleanup. CSA and NSF listings support compliance, and it qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
