Built to handle daily rushes, this unit features a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus 6-inch adjustable legs for easy leveling and cleaning access. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with integrated shelf keeps tools and pans within reach, and 274,000 BTU of gas power supports peak production; NSF, cCSAus, CSA Flame, and CSA Star certifications.
