With 351,000 BTU, you can sear, simmer, and boil concurrently to keep ticket times tight.
Leverage two convection ovens with battery spark ignition for dependable starts and even results, ideal for roasting proteins, baking sides, or finishing skillets. Each oven includes three racks to stage multiple pans per batch. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf provides a convenient landing zone for sheet pans, ladles, and mise to streamline the line.
