Drive high-volume line work with the Southbend 4602AA-5R, a 60-inch gas restaurant range engineered for speed and control. A nine-top layout pairs three non-clog burners at the front right with two pyromax burners in the rear right and four non-clog burners on the left, letting teams stage sauté, stock, and sear simultaneously.
Two convection ovens with battery spark ignition handle batch roasting and baking while holding consistent results across stations. Each oven includes three racks, so you can load multiple sheet pans for proteins, sides, or bakery items without slowing the pace.
Wavy grates, a standing pilot, and a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf keep tools and pans moving efficiently during peak periods. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf plus 6-inch adjustable legs withstand daily rigors and simplify cleaning. With 351,000 BTU on tap, this platform helps chefs and operators shorten ticket times and standardize production.
