Nine burners are purposefully arranged to support simultaneous sautéing, boiling, and prep while dual convection ovens handle baking, roasting, and finishing. This balanced platform helps chefs stage courses efficiently and keep tickets moving.
Use the front-right (3) star/sauté burners for rapid-fire sauté work and finishing touches. The rear-right (2) pyromax burners bring large pots to a vigorous boil, while the left-side (4) non-clog burners manage everyday tasks. Wavy grates and a standing pilot system support steady, repeatable performance across the top.
Two convection ovens with battery spark ignition provide consistent results, each equipped with (3) racks to optimize pan capacity. A 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf keeps tools and pans within reach, and stainless steel front and sides simplify wipe-downs. Set the unit to your line height with durable 6" adjustable legs.
