The cooktop pairs (4) non-clog burners with wavy grates and (4) right-side pyromax burners, while a standing pilot keeps the station ready for rapid fire. Chefs can move from sauté to sear to stock work without breaking workflow.
Below, (2) convection ovens with battery spark ignition handle roasting, baking, and finishing with dependable performance. Each oven includes (3) racks, allowing operators to stage multiple pans and consolidate tickets during peak periods.
A 22-1/2 inch flue riser with shelf adds convenient overhead staging, and the stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily service. Six inch adjustable legs help level the unit on uneven floors, and a 332,000 BTU total output supports high-volume demands. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
