Engineered for demanding lines, this 60" gas restaurant range unifies six non-clog burners, a right-side 24" charbroiler, and a convection oven to tighten workflow and expand your cooking capacity. Wavy grates stabilize pans for fast transitions between searing, simmering, and sautéing while the charbroiler handles high-heat finishing and signature grill marks.
Speed service with a standing pilot on the top and battery spark ignition on the oven for quick, dependable starts. Roast or bake in the convection oven while the charbroiler handles steaks or vegetables, and keep tools close at hand in the integrated cabinet base.
Built for the line, it includes a 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf, stainless steel front and sides, and 6" adjustable legs for easy leveling. Three racks are included, total input is 258,000 BTU, and it’s CSA and NSF listed. Qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
