Deliver consistent results with six non-clog burners under wavy grates and a thermostatic griddle that holds target temps during rushes. The oven’s battery spark ignition and the unit’s standing pilot support predictable starts that keep service moving. A total of 242,000 BTU provides headroom for high-volume production.
Built for the line, it features stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with shelf, and 6-inch adjustable legs for easy leveling. Includes three oven racks to stage pans and sheet trays. Certified cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF, and qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
