Drive line productivity with the Southbend 4602AC-3TL Ultimate Restaurant range, a 60-inch gas platform that unifies (4) non-clog burners, a left-side 36-inch griddle, a convection oven, and a cabinet base. Wavy grates promote smooth pan movement, while the cabinet base keeps frequently used gear close to the action for faster turns.
Dial in repeatable results with thermostatic griddle controls, and keep stations ready with a standing pilot. The convection oven’s battery spark ignition lights quickly and comes with (3) racks to stage multiple items for roasting, finishing, or baking.
Built for demanding kitchens, the stainless steel front, sides, and shelf clean easily, and 6-inch adjustable legs help you level the unit on uneven floors. A 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf creates valuable plating and smallwares space. Certified cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF; qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program (see Service First document for details).
