Engineered for busy lines, the Southbend 4602AC-4GR ultimate restaurant range consolidates sauté, griddle, and baking tasks into one 60-inch gas platform. Chefs can sauté on the (2) non-clog burners, work the 48-inch right-side griddle, and bake or roast in the convection oven—without breaking station flow.
Keep pans steady on wavy grates while the standing pilot keeps the rangetop ready between tickets. The convection oven features battery spark ignition, and 166,000 BTU of gas power supports high-volume cooking from breakfast rushes to late-night menus.
Built for daily service, it includes a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf for staging pans and seasonings, plus stainless steel front, sides, and shelf that clean easily. Level the unit with 6-inch adjustable legs, and use the included (3) racks to batch bake or finish plates. This model qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program and carries cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings.
