Three star/saute burners up front, two Pyromax burners behind them, and four non-clog burners with wavy grates on the right let crews sear, sauté, and boil without bottlenecks. A 319,000 BTU total input delivers the heat density needed for peak service.
Bake and roast in the convection oven with reliable battery-spark ignition while the left-side burners handle sauces and stocks. The adjoining cabinet base keeps tools and cookware close, reducing trips off the line. Standing pilots support quick shifts between tasks throughout service.
Streamline plating with the 22-1/2 inch flue riser and integrated shelf for staging pans, ingredients, or smallwares. Durable stainless steel front, sides, and shelf and 6-inch adjustable legs promote daily cleaning and easy leveling.
