Leverage the convection oven with battery spark ignition for even roasting and baking, while the cabinet base keeps hotel pans, sheet trays, or smallwares close at hand. The included (3) racks help stage batches or rotate product for consistent results. A 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf provides extra landing space for plating or holding.
Built for daily service, this Ultimate restaurant range features a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, plus 6" adjustable legs for easy leveling.
