An integrated convection oven with battery spark ignition supports batch baking, roasting, and finishing. Three included racks let you stage multiple pans for efficient output.
Optimize workflow with a cabinet base for sheet pans and smallwares and a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf for tools or plating. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf pair with 6-inch adjustable legs for durability and easy leveling. With 300,000 BTU and CSA, NSF listings, this unit fits fast-paced production on busy lines.
