Built for demanding lines, the Southbend 4602AD-2CR restaurant range delivers the firepower and versatility busy kitchens require. Fire up six non-clog burners with wavy grates for steady pan contact, while the right-side 24" charbroiler sears steaks and finishes specials. Consolidate sauté, char, and boil in a 60" footprint to save steps on the line.
Two ovens boost throughput—one standard oven and one convection oven—each with battery spark ignition for dependable starts. Roast in the standard oven as the convection speeds sheet pans, sides, and bakery items. Four included racks let you stage multiple batches and menu sizes.
A 22-1/2" flue riser with shelf keeps pans and plating tools within reach to streamline service. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf clean quickly, and 6" adjustable legs help level the range. This 303,000 BTU gas platform supports high-volume service and qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
