The Southbend 4602AD-2GR is a 60-inch gas restaurant range built to keep pace during peak service. Six non-clog burners and a right-side 24-inch griddle let you sear proteins, simmer sauces, and knock out breakfast favorites without changing stations. Wavy grates help stabilize cookware as you slide between tasks.
Boost throughput with two ovens: a standard oven for roasting and finishing, plus a convection oven for faster, even baking. Both feature battery spark ignition, and the included four racks provide flexible pan placement for mixed menus.
Designed for daily production, this range delivers 287,000 BTU and includes a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with an integrated shelf to stage tools and pans. A stainless steel front, sides, and shelf with 6-inch adjustable legs simplify cleaning and leveling. This model qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
