Sear proteins and sauté sauces on the open burners while the griddle drives breakfast, burgers, and high-volume searing. Bake, roast, or finish sides in the convection oven as the standard oven stages sheet pans or braises. Standing pilot and battery spark ignition on the ovens help streamline start-up and recovery.
Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf withstand heavy use, while a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf keeps pans and tools within reach. Four included racks expand oven flexibility, and 6-inch adjustable legs make leveling straightforward. cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings support code compliance; qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
